Beale Park Trust
Beale Park Trust near Reading in Berkshire was recently visited by me and my family. It is a country park with both animals and flora, on a very level and accessible site.
On entering the site, there are many disabled parking spaces provided at the entrance, along with a toilet block very close by before entering the site.
The entire site is on level ground with the majority of areas being usable by people with restricted mobility. The park has a train which circles the area allowing for all of the animals to be seen. As it is a small train, it can be difficult to enter, but invaluable in order to see the entire site.
I didn’t see any wheelchairs or scooters available, but I am sure that they were probably available on request.
The site is well laid-out with a few toilet blocks throughout Beale Park. Overall, a good day out was had. Very much recommended for a visit.
